Introduction to Certified International Purchasing/ Procurement Manager (CIPM, Level 2)
The Certified International Purchasing/Procurement Manager (CIPM) is the Advanced LevelCertification of IPSCMI Purchasing Management Series, a core certification programof IPSCMI.
The CIPM certification strengthens your ability to lead international purchasing operations, manage offshore suppliers, and execute global sourcing strategies with confidence and strategic insight. It builds on CIPP and as such, students are encouraged to first attend CIPP for solid grounding. Certification as a CIPM is increasingly being specified in position descriptions and job announcements as desired and/or minimum qualifications to be met for such professionals.
This program offers the designation of Certified International Purchasing/Procurement Manager (CIPM, Level2) to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of the profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examinations based upon the
INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE (ISCMBOK).
